Associate Technical Recruiter

You'll lead the effort to identify, engage, and hire top technical and non-technical talent for Barq Dev.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Must Have

  • Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (technical or non-technical).
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of technical roles, tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for IT or software development roles.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics or data-driven recruitment practices.

Should Not Have

  • Focus on numbers only, we prioritize meaningful connections.
  • Weak communication or lack of follow-through.
  • Needing constant direction or dependency
