You'll lead the effort to identify, engage, and hire top technical and non-technical talent for Barq Dev.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role needs and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Must Have
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience (technical or non-technical).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, or a related field.
- Knowledge of technical roles, tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and learning-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for IT or software development roles.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of HR analytics or data-driven recruitment practices.
