You will own the creative direction of our social media, from videos to visuals that look sharp and scroll-stopping. If creative storytelling and strong visuals excite you, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
Shoot and edit short and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
Set up clean, professional camera angles and lighting for shoots.
Create thumbnails, social graphics, and quick edits in Canva, Adobe, or Figma.
Turn raw ideas into polished, on-brand content.
Experiment with visuals, formats, and effects to keep things fresh.
Stay current on content trends, platform styles, and engagement tactics.
Must Have
At least 1+ years of experience in content creation.
Solid hands-on experience editing video (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or similar).
Good design instincts and eye for detail - layout, typography, color, framing.
Comfort shooting with cameras/phones and setting up angles, lighting, etc.
Basic motion graphics or thumbnail design ability.
You actually care about making content look great.
Nice to Have
Strong sense of storytelling and pacing.
Familiarity with social trends and formats (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok).
Experience using AI tools for editing or ideation.
Should Not Have
A "post it and forget it" attitude, you'll need to iterate and experiment.
Weak design fundamentals or poor visual taste.
Dependence on hand-holding, this role thrives on autonomy and creativity.
