Barq Dev is looking for an HR Intern - someone who's curious about people, communication, hiring, culture and how fast-moving teams actually operate behind the scenes. This isn't the kind of internship where you sit quietly in the corner updating spreadsheets all day. You'll work closely with the team on recruitment, employee engagement, coordination and day-to-day HR operations while learning how a growing tech company scales its people and culture.
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with HR tools or ATS platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion or similar)
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR lifecycle
- Experience in organizing events or student societies
