- Strong product thinking; turn ambiguity into clear, testable specs
- Write tight PRDs, flows, tickets, and acceptance criteria
- Define success metrics / evals upfront
- 3+ years PM experience in software/ tech industry
- Solid SDLC understanding (incl. AI-assisted workflows)
- Manage cross-functional teams (eng., design, QA)
- Strong client handling: requirements, expectations, scope
- Clear, structured communication (no ambiguity)
- Proficiency with Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Trello
- Own timelines, scope, budgets, delivery
- Strong problem-solving and risk management
Good to Have:
- Experience with LLMs / AI workflows
- Ability to design evaluation frameworks
- Basic understanding of APIs / system design
- Multi-project management experience
- QA, release, and change management exposure
- PMP / CSM Certification
- Strong documentation skills
