Senior Business Development Executive

Barq Dev is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support our team in driving growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver winning proposals on Upwork and B2B platforms to drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across software, SaaS, and IT services.
  • Convert technical requirements into clear, compelling proposals.
  • Collaborate with tech and design teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
  • Manage lead generation, outreach, and CRM pipelines effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members and support BD training efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience in Business-Development role.
  • Bachelor's in Compute Science, IT or related field.
  • Good communication, presentation, and research skills.
  • Strong in business development and client relationship management.
  • Experienced on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and performance tracking.
  • Solid understanding of software, SaaS, and IT services markets.
