Barq Dev is looking for a Technical Recruiter; You'll lead the effort to identify, engage, and hire top technical and non-technical talent.
Must-Have:
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech industry.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, ATS and recruitment workflows.
- Ability to screen and assess candidates beyond resumes.
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA or a related field.
Good to Have:
- Experience hiring for startups or fast-paced tech environments.
- Familiarity with employer branding and LinkedIn hiring strategies.
- Understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment analytics.
- Exposure to hiring across engineering, QA, product or design roles.
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and talent market dynamics.
