Technical Recruiter

Barq Dev is looking for a Technical Recruiter; You'll lead the effort to identify, engage, and hire top technical and non-technical talent.

Must-Have:

  • 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech industry.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms, ATS and recruitment workflows.
  • Ability to screen and assess candidates beyond resumes.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA or a related field.

Good to Have:

  • Experience hiring for startups or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and LinkedIn hiring strategies.
  • Understanding of hiring metrics and recruitment analytics.
  • Exposure to hiring across engineering, QA, product or design roles.
  • Knowledge of current hiring trends and talent market dynamics.

Deal Breakers:

  • Weak communication or poor candidate handling.
  • No understanding of technical hiring terminology.
  • Inability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Delayed follow-ups or lack of ownership during hiring processes.
  • Reliance only on job portals without proactive headhunting.
