Must Have:
- Degree in BSCS/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering/ BBA is a must.
- 1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a related role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Claude Design, Stitch and similar softwares.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-platform user experience.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual design and end-to-end design thinking.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and front-end development concepts.
- Experience working with Design Systems and reusable component libraries.
- Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products or enterprise applications.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity and an eye for detail.
- Stay ahead of trends in UI/UX design, ensuring aesthetic relevance and market competitiveness.
