We're hiring a Product/UX Designer to shape requirements into actionable product direction and contribute level-up the design team. This is a communication and guidance role where you engage with customers and project managers to understand high level business requirements and translate those requirements as tasks for the UI/UX design team.
Scope of Work:
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear design briefs and product direction
- Define the initial design vision, principles, and UX for products
- Devise design guidelines / design systems as a starting point for action
- Review UX/UI work, share feedback, and guide senior designers toward better outcomes
- Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to make sure smooth handoff and
Must-Have:
- Excellent comprehension and articulation skills in English language
- 1+ years of direct client communication experience
- 3+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Design Strategy
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured design direction
- Experience creating design systems, UX frameworks, and design guidelines
- Comfortable working remotely and on a consulting / contractor basis
Good to Have:
- Experience mentoring or up-leveling UI/UX designers
- Familiarity with Agile / Lean product environments
- Experience across multiple SaaS products
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for client discussions
- Comfortable traveling on-site to meet the design team and project leadership occassionally

- Regular Senior UI/UX designers without strong UX or product design experience
- Poor communication or lack of client-facing experience
